It broke my heart when the Yankees signed roger Clemens. It worked in the short run for Clemens. But time and again, the outcomes prove there is no return on paying pitchers over 30 large long term deals. 0-0, 11.1 IP after three starts in April won’t cut it for a guy making 300 million+
